The color scheme is pure love (it's been said before but I felt I must say it myself too) and goes very well with the rest of the wallpaper. The vector doesn't look too easy and the gradients look seamless, I wish they would look that good in my wallpapers

Pure awesomeness! I've always loved the multiple shade style of vectoring (kind of resembles vexels) and it looks really good on the character and his clothing (especially the skin shades). You really "brought the scan to life", if I may say so

P.S. I understand the long time line, I've been working on a vector for almost a year and still haven't finished it

I hope you won't be upset at me for saying this, but your work doesn't look like a vector at all. It looks more like you painted over the scan using a brush and saved it at a low quality. You should learn how to vector using the Pen Tool, it's the best method and you'll get the best results. I wrote some tutorials on vectoring, maybe you'll find them useful:
How to vector (trace) an image ('Stroke Path' method)
How to vector anime eyes (Shape Layers method)
The second one can be used for vectoring the entire body, not only the eyes. Good luck!

It looks so beautiful! And I'm not saying this just because the guy is gorgeous, the whole wallpaper is so...ethereal, it's as if it dissolved if I touched it! The softness is what makes it so appealing to the eye, I suppose, the fact that you used pastel colors is a big plus. Before reading the description, I wouldn't have thought this is your first vector of a &w scan, judging from how good it is.

I think it's very well done, the atmosphere is what I'd call "classically creepy" and ti gives me the chills whenever I look at it. Maybe it's also from the way the blood splatters contrast their innocent expressions? Whichever it is, your wallpaper sure gives off some sinister vibes (even the version without the blood is disturbing)!

Simply love it. Like Kitten said, few artists can achieve such a dark atmosphere if given only the elements you used. Aside from the idea, the vectoring is superb and I think the softness is a strong point of this wallpaper. And as for the background, it's a good thing you kept it simple, it draws attention to the detailed skull more

And yes, I agree with the curtain bit. I used to do that quite often +fave for sheer awesomeness.

I haven't watched American Dad in a while so thanks for the short reminder of the plot Really original concept, dressing up an American cartoon character as an anime one! The atmosphere is really sinister here, you captured the exact feeling of the manga (plus I'm scared of zombies too ) Textures and brushes help create that eerie effect of a post-apocalyptic world and Saeko looks dangerous! Awesome! I love the thin outlines (the vector is so big!) and the clarity of it all. Personally, I think it's a good thing you blurred the tree in the background, it makes focusing on the characters easier.
